The Bitter After-Taste #Ishithaa

The rice sat on the plate, untouched.
The curry tasted salt-less, uncooked even.
Solitude was bearable, but loneliness was scary.
Nostalgia left a bitter after-taste, no mouthwash could remove it.
If only time could be bribed.
