Book Review: Generously Yours by Inderpreet Uppal

Generously Yours by Inderpreet is the story of a young woman whose battle with various emotions drive the story forward. Love, loss, pangs of depression, and the frustration Diya deals with in her life could very well be of any other woman we know from our life. The emotional roller coaster Diya is on really tugs at the heart and we finish reading the book a bit too soon. I wish this was a longer story, that good the experience was.

The language used in the book is really simple and maintains a steady flow. The entire story can be consumed in a single sitting and the reader is left wanting for more from this author.

Book Blurb:
Love is forever’ or so thought Diya.
Shy, bookish and loving, Diya never thought she would ever need to be anything else. Her charmed life slips away from her in ways, she never imagined.
Will Viren be able to sort the jumble of their lives or is it already too late?
A bittersweet story of life, longing, and lasting love.

Writing to me is therapy, it frightens and comforts at the same time. Liberates like nothing else. A book in my own name is a dream, but a bigger dream would be to write something that haunts the reader even after the last page is turned and the book is shut. I enjoy reading and music, spending time with family whilst battling my social awkwardness.
