Dear Too Scared To Live Me,
Need I ask how you are?
You feel so much pain, you want to quit. Trust me I can see you, feel you, perhaps more than you do now. Even when tears blind you, you will say you are doing well and flash me your brilliant smile.
You see those people around you? Unlike what you think, they are not here to scare you or ridicule you. In fact, what they see makes them wonder for they know not what to make of you. You surprise them, to an extent probably even scare them. If you do not know how to react, ignore. Let it pass by you.
In your path many walls will be built, do not try to break every single one of them. Some walls will be short enough for you to jump across, while some may even have doors on them to let you pass. Don’t be afraid to ask for directions, but take any peice of advice with a grain of salt.
The friends you are with right now need not stay around forever, things happen and people change. There is no point in blaming anyone. It’s alright to even cry a bit, you cannot always be the pillar of strength neither for yourselves nor for someone else. And baby, it really is okay to ask for help 🙂
When you reach where I am right now and look back, you will be proud of who you are and how far you have come. It is your best years that lie ahead of you, only, just don’t quit trying. You’re young, be reckless. Let your hair open. Throw caution to the wind. Just enjoy life.
And those pages you fill in with what you think are meaningless words, they are your strength. No matter what happens, don’t lose your touch with the written word. They will make sense to you perhaps not right away, but definitely soon enough.
Lift your chin princess, your journey is just getting interesting from here on. You will soon see what you are made of, you will be amazed at what you are. Just wait and hold on.
In Love With Life Me 🙂
