Trains always took her a journey, not only to the destination but also another journey out of the world of realities into a fantasy of her own where she was the princess, where she was sitting on the plush soft seats in the AC compartment, where at her beck and call the staff of the pantry brought her endless amounts of the delicacies that suited her mood.
But now, the princess had to get ready, hoist her younger brother onto her hips and take him along-with her to all the passengers in the cabin. If they were lucky, their begging would yield enough money to give them two meals for the day.
Written for the #AtoZChallenge where throughout the 26 days of April (excluding the 4 Sundays), bloggers world-wide are writing based on the 26 letters of the English alphabet.
The story for today is based on the letter T where Leo and I have chosen to write stories around the word Train.
